Sir,

We, the club members of Shristhti Club, intend to organize a Ganapati pooja in our locality at Navi Mumbai. We intend to build a pandal that would require a moderate space beside the junction road connecting the junction.The puja would be organised for a period of 21 days in this area.  We have collected all funds and we would request you to please cooperate with us for the same by providing the visitors with adequate safety in the vicinity, during this auspicious period

This would help everything to stay organised and work peacefully and visitors would be happy to visit here. We have also intended to divide the road into two sections so that there are separate provisions for normal visitors and other famous personalities, all of whom  can get a chance to visit the idol without having to stand in queues during the entire period.

We would once again request you to allow us to celebrate the Ganapati pooja festival, and cooperate for this grand festival.

Respected sir,

I am writing this letter to the police inspector requesting permission to celebrate Ganesh pooja. Ganesh puja is celebrated here all over and we the club members wants to celebrate Ganesh pooja.

So, for that we are selecting a small region near the road and we want to decorate it with arches, balloons, flowers etc. We are also building a hut like near the road. The Pooja last for 21 days. So in that 21 days we will celebrate the Ganesh pooja and deliver foods to the ones who come to celebrate Ganesh pooja with us.

we have collected many funds from the nearby houses and had the money to make all these and we want the permission of yours to do all this near the road and also I am writing this letter in a view that we should not get any harm from any others.

So I also request you and your family and also the other police officers of the police station to come and celebrate with us.
