request letter you have to attend confrance for 6th 14th at November how ever exam are reschedule on the same date and you need to asked your HoD to reschedule the dates for your exam please write a letter of request to the HOD for the same in the latter give details and importance of attending the conference

Appointment was taken a month ago and cannot be postponed, as no date is free with the doctor for next 3 months. We cannot delay his test as it is very much urgent.
