How do I write a letter to the headmaster requesting him to issue T.C. and marks card with reasons?

I am having Exam and this is the letter which I will be given in my Exam so please answer. I am 9th Standard.

I think that this is a question which is bound to be given to you in your examination.

You have not stated the reason as to why you require your Transfer Certificate(T.C.) and marksheet, according to that question. The question must also include a reason. I am guessing that it is so because you are changing your location and therefore need to seek admission into a new school. So, therefore you need to collect your T.C. and marksheet. It means that you have appeared for your final examination too and the results have arrived too.

With utmost respect, I humbly request for a transfer certificate and marksheet. I have been your student for the past 2 years.
