Saudi Arabia :

The ultimate power is in the hand of the King. He is head of the government, head of the royal family and custodian of the holy mosque in Mecca and Medina. They have a civil justice system and a sharia justice system. These to justice system are separated. The Council of senior scholars of 21, appointed by the king is the highest religious body and are responsible for keeping the sharia laws in tact. They have no parliament and all decisions are made by the king at his royal family, who are also the government.

The Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea:

The ultimate power is in the hand of one person [hereditary] the Chairman of the Party and the Army and President. On paper they have the 3 branches of government and their officials are just like in a western style democracy.

The peoples Republic of China:

This country has a multilayered government system with a central government and many regional governments. The highest ultimate power is the National Peoples Congress with its almost 3000 members. This government body elect civil part of the executive and the judiciary branches of the government. The president and vice president of the country is a ceremonial office and has officially no executive power. The highest power in the PRC is in the hands of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In 1990 this person is also the Chairman of the Central Military Commission. Since 1993 this person is also the President of China or the Paramount Leader of China. In the regional government this position could be held by 3 different independent persons, but in the central government it is only one person.

India :

The system is a parliamentary democracy more or less like the British United Kingdom system with a constitution. They have a central government that has authority over the 29 union states and 7 union territories. On paper this is the most democratic system, but in reality it is a very divided union. It is divided by language / ethnicity, by territory, by religious groups, by cast and many more. They have unwritten religious laws and tradition that divide the people. By this unwritten tradition the ultimate power in the country is in the hand of the majority Hindu group and by their highest cast, where all the capital is accumulated. All the lower cast and all the other religious groups has no say in the power sharing. In my personal opinion India has forgotten the teaching and spirit of Mahatma Gandhi.

Nobody must criticized their system, since it is adjusted to their traditions and culture. These countries are internally peaceful countries
