freedom of speech and expression is a fundamental right of every citizen of a given country, however, it means the right to express, or to enclose one's opinion not only through mouth,it might be through picture or through writing and any other through which one can express his feeling to the government or to the public. freedom of speech is a body of right right which enables one to promote his view or other people's view freely without any harm.
Freedom of speech in another way round can be attached to the following:
1.it enable individual to be engaged in decision making
2.it helps to have self fulfilment
3.it gives chance to interrupt government policies
4.it makes member of the society to be carried along in government system
