Hi friend!
________________________________ _________ _________It's true that pollution level increases in monsoon because when rain comes, all the canals are filled with water and they are overflowing. When rain comes, it takes all the dirt out from the area and thus we can see many garbages here and there.

Hi friend, The answer is :
When there is rainfall, water fills in the canals , they get an overflow .
When rain comes, it takes almost all the dirt out of an area,so,we see a bunch of garages here and there, eventually increasing the pollution level.
Hope this helps. . . . Cheers. . . .
