here

∆T=T-T⁰

T=40⁰C

=273.15+40k

=313.15K

T⁰=10⁰C

=10+273.15k

=283.15K

R=85Ω

R⁰=45Ω

putting all this value in equation one we get

85=45[1+@(313.15-283.15)]

@=(85-45)/45(313.15-283.15)

@=40/1350

@=2.96×10^-2 K^-1
