If R₁ and R₂ are resistors connected in parallel combination then
Effective resistance 1/R =1/R₁+1/R₂
Here R₁=R₂=2 ohms
Effective resistance =1/R =1/2+1/2 =2/2 =1/1
1/R=1/1
Effective resistance (R)= 1 ohm
