We know that resistance for a material is proportional to the resistivity of the material, proportional to the length and inversely proportional the area of cross-section

R=\dfrac{\rho l}{A}

Where \rho is the resistivity

So resistivity will be,

\rho=\dfrac{RA}{l}

So, resistivity will depend on the area and length

But it does not depend on the shape of the resistor

So option (C) the shpe of resistor is changed is correct.
