Resistors are given as R1 = 10 ohm, R2 = 20 ohm, and R3 = 30 ohm.

Calculate the effective resistance when they are connected in series. Also

calculate the current flowing when the combination is connected to a 6 V

battery.​

In series combination

Req = R1 + R2 + R3 ...... + Rn

Req = 10Ω + 20Ω + 30Ω

Req = 60Ω

When this effective resistance is connected to a 6 V battery then current can be give by

V = R*I

6 = 60*I

Current ( I ) = 0.1 A
