Let's write the given

R1 = 15 ohm

R2 = 20 Ohm

R3 = 10 ohm.

We have to find the effective resistance in parallel (Rp) = ??

So,we know that,

1/Rp = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3

By putting the value,

1/Rp = 1/15 + 1/20 + 1/10

1/Rp = 4 + 3 + 6/60

1/Rp = 13/60

Rp = 60/30

Rp = 4.615 ohm approximately.
