Least count is the lowest limit of measuring using any measuring instrument. Ex: Vernier Callipers has a least count of 0.01cm that means it cannot measure any thing which is of lesser length.
Accuracy is the number of observations which are alike.
Ex: You take 5 observations and all of them are alike that means your answer is accurate.
Also note that having 100% accuracy does not mean that your answer is correct. It just says that your measurement is accurate while the actual answer maybe different.

but my question is different to the answer provided by you, if the leastcount of vernier calliper is 0.01, any can be measured above 0.01 . what about the rsolution of vernier calliper if the least cout is 0.01
