  • To raise a fraction to a power, raise the numerator and denominator to that power

\begin{gathered}\\ \sf\longmapsto  \frac{1 {}^{2} }{(2x + 3) {}^{2} }\end{gathered}

  • 1 raised to any power equals 1

\begin{gathered}\\ \sf\longmapsto \frac{1}{(2x + 3) {}^{2} }\end{gathered}
