I don't think that resonance structure of CH3CH2Br is possible because following conditions are necessary for resonatic structures-
1. A lone pair, single bond and double bond is necessary
2. Double bond, single bond and double bond is necessary
3. Negative charge, single bond and double bond is necessary
4. Positive charge, single bond and double bond is necessary
All of the above should be adjacent to each other!!
Also, the most important thing that for resonatic structure pi electrons are necessary!!
