Resonant structures are very similar in the sense that they possess the same types of electron positions and bonds but they may not be fully identical to each other. The placement of the carbon-oxygen double bond creates the difference. In structure X, the double bond can be formed with the help of top oxygen atom while in Y, it can be formed with the right hand oxygen atom. In Z, it can be made with the left hand oxygen atom. The oxygen atoms are placed at various places in space. So, all of these are different types of structures.
