Resonating structure of phenoxide ion?

I know carboxylic acid is more acidic than phenol, but phenoxide ion has more resonance structures than ethanoate ion this makes phenoxide ion more stable so phenol should be more acidic than ehanoic acid. But it is not, whyy ?? ... At 6:30, the first and last resonance structures for thephenoxide anion…
