resources are basically those things which can satisfy human needs but they should economical feasible culturally acceptable and also easily available resources do not exist at first but humans have to work to find new methods 2 make a new resource for example:-
long years ago we do not know what coal is what petroleum is that time they are just of no use to us but as we realise their potential and that technique to which we can extract them and use them as a fuel then they became a resource to us.
so things only turn into a resource when human being knows how to use them for there welfare so we can see that resources do not exist they are made.

Answer:
As explained below.
Explanation:
- The word resource is defined as a source of supply of raw material that has some utility. They are classified on the basis of availability, accessibility, and on the basis of sustainability and time.
- The resources may be man-made or naturally occurring in the wild, for example, the coal and natural gas is a resource that occurs naturally in the earth's sedimentary rocks caused by the millions of years of the formation under the pressure and heat. They are naturally formed the dead and decomposed organic fossils in the evolutionary history of the earth and hence are made.
- The earth didn't have water earlier but due to the evolution of the planet and the formation of large water bodies that could hold the liquid content, they became a resource and has a utility.
