Let f(x)=0 Then,
f(0)= (0)³-12*2+39(0)+a
f(0)= 0-24+0+a
f(0)=24+a
-24=a
Let f(x)=0 Then,
f(0)= (0)³-12*2+39(0)+a
f(0)= 0-24+0+a
f(0)=24+a
-24=a
