I am writing this email to bring to your attention to a very serious problem with Alena building at Stangjarnsgatan in Vasteras
Yesterday afternoon, we discovered that the facade tile had begun to move from its original position in Alen’s newly built block Stangjarnsgatan in Vasteras.
The area was blocked off and now the way in which the contractor should proceed with measures in a safe way is being investigated.

The contractor has a safe place in this area and we have information on residents about what to describe. All households will receive general information throughout the week and our landlord will be available all the time,

There is currently a ban on staying in the yard, balconies and patios and roof terrace. Windows facing the courtyard should be closed.

Moving into the new apartments will be on Monday and Tuesday. One person (in ground floor apartment) has demanded to move out, we helped him to find and apartment to live in while problems are being investigated and addressed.
Alena today begins the removal of bricks to determine what has happened and how it should be addressed in a safe way.
I hope the authorities concerned will do the needful and resolve the issue at the earliest.
