The process by which energy released into the cell is known as Respiration.
It happens in all living organisms all the times.
In this O2 is need for cellular process and CO2 is need for waste product.
________________________________
* It requires oxygen.
* Lots of ATP is produced in it.
* It occurs in mitochondria.
* End products are CO2 and H2O.
_________________________________
* It don't requires oxygen.
* Less ATP is produced in it.
* It occurs in cytoplasm.
* End products are lactic acid and CO2.
