This was one of the answer given by me for a same type of question.
I have given one of fhe example here now the second example could of a moving train lets assume that we are travelling in a train which has stopped and it is at rest for us for us then another train in motion passes through another track for which we are on motion.
Now lets come to the third example suppose in your class have a door with a transperent glass and one teacher is teaching you at her mean position and for you she is at rest or one of your fellow standing near to the teacher asking some doubts is at rest and at he same instance a boy or another teacher who is getting late for the class runs and passes throught he class and observes your class then for him your teacher is in motion.
Hope this answer helps you and if possible then pls mark it as the brainliest answer.

Motion :
If the position of an object changes as time passes, it is said to be in motion.
We see different things in motion — people and vehicles moves on road, trains move on railway tracks, aeroplanes, birds fly, etc.
Rest :
If the position of an object does not change as time passes, it is said to be at rest.
We say that, any object does not come in motion until an external force is applied to it.
