Retirement is a challenging period in the life of an individual since the when a person has been working for such a long period of time, it would be quite the task of not having to do anything or retiring from a job that you liked doing or has been a part of your life for so long.
When you have been constantly living your life according to a routine and that goes haywire when you have nothing to do after retiring from a job, is quite a challenging feat.
One must brace themselves to face this in the future.
