Reward and punishment are the two aspects for the better development of child. We can prove it by taking some examples :-First of all,we will take an example of two students named as Rajiv and Ravi. Rajiv is a bright student.He always secures 99% marks in the exams and achieves the top spot in his class. So, his parents always give him rewards just like chocolates and cakes.This created the feeling of pride and arrogance in his mind. He started ignoring his studies and waste his time in merry making. This was the reason that he scored less marks in his final examination. Therefore he received stringent punishment. Ravi was an average child. His parents always scold him due to his poor performance in the tests. He realised his mistakes and now start focusing in his studies. He started working hard and this brought him success. He got the 1st position in his Class and his parents appreciated for his achievement.From these two stories we knew that reward and punishment are the two aspects of the coin for child development.We must appreciate the achievement and glory of a child but not in a huge manner and we must punish a child if he do something wrong.{Please mark it as brainliest if you love this answer}
