Step-by-step explanation:

f(x) = |3x - 9| + 2

here 3x–9=0, i.e x = 3 which is turning point. so,

when \: x \geqslant 3

f(x) = 3x - 9 + 2 = 3x - 7

when \: x < 3

f(x) = - 3x + 9 + 2 = - 3x + 11

so,

f(x) = 3x – 7 , x ≥ 3

= –3x+11 , x < 3
