HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:

From quite a way off, I saw a girl standing under the lamp light in the corner of the  street. I walked faster. As I neared, one of the boys joined her and they talked for a while , then the boy went away. I stopped beside her and said," Hello! My name's Peter. I live here. What's your name?" She looked up from her book and smiled. "Anne." She said. Her shy smile revealed a gap where a front tooth was missing.

ADDITIONAL-

Punctuation is there to help the reader make sense of what is written. Often it is best to change the sentence so that the meaning does not rest on a comma.
