Rewrite the following passage in the Past Tense.
Learning something new can be a scary experience. I am scared of water. I always remember my first swimming class to overcome that fear. After shower, I change my dress in the locker room and I come out to the pool. It is a cold day. My friends are there. But I don’t want to tell them I am afraid. As I stand there timidly, the Instructor, pushes me into the water. I struggle to breathe in the beginning, but manage to pull my head out of the water. I start kicking in water. My instructor give me instructions to stay afloat. Soon, I learn that it is easy to learn swimming. I am no longer afraid of water. Finally, I succeed in learning to swim.
