Rewrite the following rational numbers in the simplest form (I) 25/45.

(1)  \frac{25}{45}  =  \frac{25}{45}  \div  \frac{5}{5}  =  \frac{5}{9}

So, simplest or standard form of 25/45 is 5/9

(2) \frac{ - 8}{10}  =  \frac{ - 8}{10}  \div  \frac{2}{2}  =  \frac{ - 4}{5}

So, simplest or standard form of -8/10 is -4/5.
