1) In first method we add "s" to form most of nouns in plural form.

2) In second method we add "es" when the word has any one hissing sounds of these alphabets : s,z,x etc

3) If the word end with vowel + y we will add "s".
On the other hand if the word end with consonants + y we will add "ies" and "y" will be replace.

4) "f" will be replace by "ves" (exception chef).
