  • It is an important tense. we should always use has/have in front of the present perfect tense.

Structure of the present perfect tense:  

Subject + has/have + past participle + object  

Example: 1. I have gone. 2. You have learned to count well.

There are four present tenses:  

1) Simple Present Tense: I go  

2) Present Continuous Tense: I am going  

3) Present Perfect Tense: I have gone.  

4) Present Perfect Continuous Tense: I have been going
