I think that it is time we take a stand on the issue of environmental
pollution in our village. The threat of irreparable damage has been there
for a while. The factories are pouring their pollutants into the local river.

There has been a massive fall in the availability of clean drinking water.
Some pro-environmental campaigns have been spreading greater awareness
