First let's know about voices.

There are 2 kinds of voices in English language.

  1. Active Voice
  2. Passive voice

Rules for changing Active to Passive and vice versa :

➥ Active voice : Subject + verb + object.

➥ Passive voice : Subject (Object of active voice) + is/are + P.P. form of verb + by + Object (Objective form of Subject of Active voice)

____________________________

➥ Active Voice : Subject + am/is/are/was/were + (Verb + ing) + object.

➥ Passive Voice : Subject(Object of Active voice) + is/are/was/were + being + P.P. form of verb + by + Object.

____________________________

➥ Active Voice : Subject + have/has/had + P.P. form of verb + Object.

➥ Passive Voice : Subject(Object of Active voice) + have/has/had + been + P.P. form of verb + by + Object (Subject of Active voice)
