Explanation:

Active - continuous form of verb = being+v3 in Passive. So, just reverse it and you'll get the answer.

Active - has/have+v3 = has/have + been + v3 in Passive. Reverse it and you'll get the answer.

**Note: Has/Have sits in the sentence as per the Subject following the rule of Subject- Verb Agreement.
