Given :  LN=6cm,MO=7cm

To Find :  Construct Rhombus

Solution:

Step1  : Draw a line segment MO =  7 cm

Step 2 : Using suitable compass width and taking M as center draw arcs on both sides of MO

Step 3 :  Keeping compass width the same and taking O as center draw arcs on both sides such that it intersects arc drawn in previous step at X & Y

Step 4 : join X & Y intersecting MO at Z

Step 5 : Using compass width = 6/2 = 3 cm and taking Z as center , cut the line XY on both sides  at  L & N

Step 6 : Join LM , MN , NO & OL
