The rhyming scheme of above mentioned poem follows Couplet.

In couplet, poem follows the pattern of aa, bb, cc, dd etc.

Which signifies that first two lines have same rhyming scheme, while the next two lines have same rhyming scheme. But, the first two amd next two doesn't rhyme with each other.
