Riaz noticed that oil had spilit on floor.He immediately mopped floor with soap and water and wiped it dry .Why did he do this

The floor should be mopped because the people walks on it slips as there is no friction because the surface is smooth if surfaces are smooth there will be no friction. The peoples may fall down.
