yaa ribosomes are produced by the nucleus of the cell and are involved in the synthesising of proteins and are found either on the surface of rough endoplasmic reticulum or in the cytoplasm of the cell

The smooth endoplasmic reticulum produce lipids and some of these lipids and proteins are used for the formation of plasma membrane and this process is known as the membrane biogenesis
