When we want to find the lower bound of the DIFFERENCE, we subtract the UPPER bound of the lower quantity from the LOWER bound of the higher quantity. We do this to get the lowest value possible, since we're finding the lower bound.

So, Lower Bound of 120g = 119.5g

Upper bound of 75g = 75.5g

So the difference would be= Lower bound of 120g - Upper bound of 75g

                                             = 119.5 - 75.5

                                             = 44g
