Ratio of sweets : 3:3:5
Let the sweets Henry, Richard and Gavin get be 3x ,3x,5x
Total no of sweets Richard got : 3x
= 15
If 3x is 15 then the number of sweets Henry got =3x=15
As 3*5 = 15 ( only option)
Therefore x=5
Therefore no of sweets Gavin got =5x=5*5=25
Gavin got 25 sweets
Therefore Gavin got (25-15)= 10 more sweets than Henry

Hope it helps :)
