Explanation:

An end to Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs)? The Human Life Cycle: A grand jig saw puzzle; Trying to put the millions of pieces together not knowing what to make.Vatsyayann, Suresh, ourDoctor - the Family Clinic; Gurgaon (Delhi–NCR), IndiaIf you know where you want to go and why you want to go, with whose help you want to go, and if you know how to find the like-minded people to be associated with to achieve the target, you have to just start the ripple on the path of development, despite failures on the wayand frustrations, you will succeed eventually. We are here today trying to get together and share our experiences and modalities involved in building the various paths that would lead to the same destination of a healthy future for us and the future generations. I do have one such all-encompassing story to share with you. Background: Energy flows in various forms. For our day-to-activities, energy comes from theSunlight that is entrapped and used by the plants, and then by the animals. We acquire this solar fuel from food (plant based initially) and burn it to perform bodily activities. Body does the rest of the work. The food includes the plants and, or animals that thrive on the plants and, or animals themselves. Development via evolution and mutations has made our bodies get complex to become more efficient, resilient and adapting, albeit its developmental limits of the process and time. Complexity is aimed at efficiently interacting with its hostile, and yetthe friendly environment for each other’s advantage. Evidence indicates that no one can have supremacy without damage to the other. It is a lose-lose situation. The most optimal health and happiness come from symbiotic harmonising relationships only. Further, humans have to utilise the capabilities of their bodies as they were meant to be for this to happen.Problem: Of knowing what our physical bodies were meant to be. How we have become whatwe have become today. Achieving sustainable symbiotic harmonious relationships between nature, mind and body, utilising our natural capabilities. The pandemic of non-communicable diseases (NCD) (like the metabolic diseases, cardio-vascular diseases (CVD), obesity and Diabetes Mellitus 2 (DM2), cancers, auto-immune disease and allergies, mental & psychological issues, musculoskeletal issues, etc.) is on a path of a never-ending journey. Thekey is inflammation due to chronic irritation/burden on individual cells, tissue, organs and thesystems within us helped and well controlled by the structure and function of our bodies so learnt and developed through many years (a billion years at least. For the communities to take an effective charge of the situation, it becomes a prerequisite for the public to understandthe broad pathogenesis of these well-established health issues. Then, and only then, the individuals and the collective could take scientific, prudent and necessary action to gain optimal health and reverse the pandemic of NCDs. The issue includes ‘how best to convey’ this wisdom to the general public efficiently and effectively. Methods: Sharing wisdom to bring about lifestyle change through common sense, common person language and a multi-way honest communication. Wisdom of our life cycle in relationto the present lifestyle revolved around eating the unprocessed (Raw) food where possible as the principle food for energy production. The key items of the meals were raw vegetables, fruit, sprouts, nuts and seeds in principle. Individual sessions and group sessions regarding “health for all through wisdom and action” is the key. A pre-requisite for this is the knowledge and wisdom of the doctors, the scientists, the opinion leaders, the teachers, the elders and the education by all the kinds of educators. This starts when we know (and we know well, the principles), get wise and start educating the educators. The education includes; a dialogue about the universal energy transfers, cell function, environment, inter
