This is some what tricky and logical question to solve. If we think thoroughly we can answer this question.

The answer is Right elbow.

EXPLANATION :

We can hold anything with our right hand. The things which we able to hold. But this riddle mentions "we can hold in our left hand" but not in the right hand.

Our right elbow is in our right hand side which we can hold with left hand but cannot hold with the right hand.

Elbow is a part of body which is located in the corner of our hand. This is the joint which connects the hand bone and shoulder bones.

Answer:

Explanation:

What can you hold in your left hand , but not in your right hand is Right Elbow.

About Elbow:

The elbow joint, which permits the forearm and hand to be moved toward and away from the body, is a hinge joint between the arm and the forearm. More specifically, it is a hinge joint between the humerus in the upper arm and the radius and ulna in the forearm.

We can hold our right elbow, which is on our right hand side, with our left hand, but not with our right.

The biceps brachii, brachioradialis, and brachialis are the muscles responsible for flexion (bending) of the elbow. Elbow extension is a triceps function (straightening the arm).
