Right to constitutional remedies is one of the fundamental right.
Right to constitutional remedies means that a person has right to move to Supreme Court for getting his fundamental rights protected.
If anyone is discriminating any person or taking his/her rights then he/she can go to the supreme court.
Here Court play a very important role.

That's why Right to constitutional remedies is called as 'Heart and soul of our constitution' said by Dr. B.R Ambedkar , The father of our Constitution.

When any of our rights are violated we can look for remedy through courts. If it is a Fundamental Right we can directly approach the Supreme Court or the High Court of a state. It is also known as "the heart and soul of constituition".
