Though the Constitution had provide one of our fundamental rights known as 'Right to Equality ' or 'RTE' .

Though of this right, many people can't get opportunities for being successful.

The reasons are:-

(i) There is still Poverty in our country.

(ii) Many people are not resourceful for which they can't get the opportunities as common people have.

(iii) Still untouchables and discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, race, Creed, class, etc is practiced for which a large population of people can't get opportunities to be successful.
