Under right to equality all are equal before the eyes of law no one is discriminated on the basis of their cast, religious or gender rather they are considered all equal

Right to equality is fundamental right. It simply treat it all people to be same and nobody can get a special privilege which will dishonor any individual or group.

With right to equality a person or group can have social equality, access any public area, equality in matters of public employment
