yes everyone have right to according to the fundamental right provide by indian govt.. go and read it on goole there are total 8 fundamental right

also they get Pension from govt and playing with there grandson and son this one is enjoyable moment for them

they should have pension and they should not be depend on others and they should have given first priority in every field.
