1) Rights are claims of an individual over other fellow beings, over the community and over the administration. So, the right is reasonable when you make a claim that is fairly probable for others. You cannot possess a claim that injuries or hurts others.  

(2) A right comes with a responsibility to recognize other rights.  

(3) It should be acknowledged by the community we live in. Rights obtain meaning only in community. Every community makes specific rules to govern the conduct of its segments.  

(4) Moreover, the culturally acknowledged requirements are reproduced into law which obtains real force. Otherwise, they persist simply as essential or moral rights.
