In the young modulus it only depends upon only one factor that is material of the object.
- As the area of cross section is changed.
- The length of wire L is given.
- But all these factors does not effect the rigidity and Young's modulus of the steel
- As these two are independent of the length and area.
- The both quantities will be effected only if the material will change.
- Therefore η and Y remain same.
