The raw mangoes will shrink as the solvent present inside the mango will flow out as a result of osmosis. As the concentration of salt in salt water is more than the solvent present in the raw mango, the water will flow out from the mango. This phenomenon is known as osmosis. As the mango loses water, it shrink.
