False, it is the statement which was written in Katha Upanishad. It addressed to Hindu for raising them. The child protagonist of Katha Upanishad was Nachiketa who went to Hindu God Yama. There Nachiketa discussed about self knowledge, self - reliance and methods of yoga. Then Yama suggested Nachiketa about self knowledge.
