RIsing proces would not affect much on rich people or big businessman or other highly paid person or government servant but it affects the middle class or poor persons.

Rising prices would not affect the upper middle class and the upper strata of people. This is due to the fact that these people would have sufficient fund and assets which would suffice them as well as their future generation. So if there is a hike in the prices of a commodity, they would easily bear the expenses without using up their resources. This is not the case with lower-class and lower middle-class people.
