Panipuri is found to contain E.coli bacteria in majority. It causes dysentery and other symptoms include nausea, fever, loss of appetite and stomach cramps etc.

Panipuri is also found to contain other bacteria like salmonella, staphylococcus, Pseudomonas etc.

So, these panipuri should not be consumed from roadside vendors as they do not follow the safety standards issued by Food Safety Standards Authority Of India (FSSAI).
